A Quick Guide to Healthy Eating for a Healthier Life

Here’s the rule for healthy eating that you have never possibly thought about. You’ll be shocked just how easy healthy eating is.

In the past decades, food science and marketing have crowded all the real food out of the grocery stores. The modern grocery store lines its shelves with about ninety percent of prepackaged, processed, and chemically fortified “not real” food anymore.

The so-called food that you have come to depend on and love is far from healthy eating. It is scary! It is not common for a simple snack to have about twenty to thirty ingredients of flavorings, chemicals, colorings, additives, MSG, artificial sweetener, high fructose corn syrup, and more.

We are currently living in a world of processed foods. People have come to accept it. In turn, your health and well-being are paying the price.

Nonetheless, by following one basic rule of healthy eating, all the junk can be prevented.

Always eat one-ingredient food

By that, we mean to stick to real foods like seeds, berries, nuts, meats, veggies, fruits, and eggs in a healthy way. Indeed, they can be mixed together.

For instance, fruit and meat for breakfast. A fresh salad for lunch with berries, nuts, and fruit to snack on later in the day. Steak for dinner with cooked vegetables and a side salad.

Pretty, easy. Right? Stick to one-ingredient foods and leave all the prepackaged and processed foods on the shelves. You will find real food if you stick it on the outside walls of the food store. Generally, all the aisles in the center if where they keep the junk.

You see, healthy eating is a lot easier than you make it out to be. Think back to your great grandparents a century ago. If they would not recognize the food you are eating, then don’t eat it!
